Do what I did - go back to Costco and have them boost the volume for phone calls. It made a big difference. I now DO have HearSuite and the requisite hardware, but this is overkill for your situation. You may even be able to get this done remotely via the HearLink app.

Just coming back to say that HearSuite + NoahLink Wireless works great for the Philips 9040.

I'd also be interested in HearSuite, along with a pointer to whatever hardware I need to use it, if any.
