I am thoroughly disgusted with the relationship between Costco and Philips and their inability to help a consumer-ME!... bought lightly used 9030's from ebay as I could not afford new ones...great hearing aids I must say...but the rechargeable batteries have been quickly deteriorating and I needed new ones... go to Costco to see if they can help...nope-'you didn't buy them from us-nope'...okay...I'lll go the Philips...will you please ship me batteries?..'nope-you ,just go back to Costco'...they won't help me...then you are SOL essentially...this proprietary relationship is creepy...cant even find what the batteries are...like nuclear launch codes or the Holy Grail...very upset with this...has anybody else had the same problem?

O, what a tangled web they weave!

Please read a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2,2) PDF File named (Li-ion Rechargeable Battery Replacement). You should be able to find Z22 Li-ion (3.8 V / 17.5 mAh) from Zhuhai Zhi/ZeniPower batteries.

The DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) access portals are at your finger tips via 24/7 cloud storage access.
  • Start here → DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) to find the access portals
  • You can easily find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking any PVC Avatar (click twice - counting the 2nd popup Avatar)
  • When logged in, you can find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking a Link in my Signature
  • And finally, you can perform a simple Internet search for "DIY School Hearing Aids"
