Hello everyone,
I hope it’s okay to post this here, I’m in a bit of a desperate situation and could really use your help.
My mother is currently using a Bernafon Alpha XT T R rechargeable RIC hearing aid. Sadly, she has been experiencing persistent headaches since using it. Normally, this would be handled by her audiologist, but the problem is that we are away on vacation in another country, and she cannot access the professional who originally fitted her device.
I’ve done everything I can:
Meanwhile, my mother is in discomfort, and I’d really like to be able to help her as soon as possible.
If anyone here could share a copy of Oasisⁿᵗ or point me to a reliable source to download it, I would be endlessly grateful. It would truly make a huge difference for her well-being right now.

- Looked everywhere online for the Oasisⁿᵗ fitting software
- Submitted a request through MyBernafon (they told me it could take up to 3 days to respond)
- Checked every resource I could find, but no luck so far
