Phonak Compilot II

I am trying to use the Compilot II wit blue tooth and Plantronics adapter. When I use it I can hear both conversations through my HA, like reverberating my words. Any ideas the audiologist shut off the appropriate switches and when I get back to the shop its messed up again. I can even hear my fingers touching it through the HA.
