Thanks! As you will see from my screenshots, the options are limited (only shows ALL>RECENT>IMPORT>EXPORT), so there is no option in the fitting software to find a user guide, etc

When I add a new patient, nothing happens..... there is no "save" option, for example...

Thanks PVC! When I open the Danalogic Software, I only see a very basic screen. I can only add a new patient, and then it does nothing. I have the Noahlink Wireless plugged in, and then receycle the hearing aids in to find mode. It just does not find them! This is all I see....

Thanks PVC. Everything is installed correctly, but it just won't show "connect". Driving me crazy! Any ideas?
