Hello, Anyone know if the Starkey 900 is the same as the Starkey Microphone + ? They look the same and the manuals look the same having the the same pairing instructions. I can’t get a 900 to pair with the Genesis even in pro fit. The hour glass appears and then times out with message pairing...

Sounds like it has one of those flat rectangular lithium polymer batteries that is held in with the sticky adhesive and soldered in. They usually have a 6 digit number which specifies the dimensions. I am hoping there are screws or snaps on the case so it can be opened non-destructably.

Has anyone tried opening and replacing the rechargeable battery in the Starkey 900? If so, what type battery does it take, and is it soldered in? Thanks
