Turns out my VPN was parked in Spain. I switched to a USA server and the HearSuite update worked! I am now on v2026.1 build 26.9.396 update level 26.1-513690 after updating from within v2025.2. I hope this helps others.

July 13, 2026 Costco updated the firmware on my Philips 9050 hearing aids. Since then, my installation of Philips HearSuite 2025.2 build number 25.21.155 no longer connects to my hearing aids. I get the message 'Searching for instruments.' Then I get 'Instrument is not supported in this fitting...
