You are missing key details, he is mentioning Opn S3 bte, when in fact the only models currently available are Opn S3 bte PP (105) hearing aid. I think he is upgrading to a model which is to powerful, I would think even with an Jetpx1 Minirite R with an 85 speaker would be a good step up
