I wear bilateral Signia Motion Charge&Go SP 7X hearing aids.
My left ear is around 85 dB HL with very poor high-frequency hearing, and my right ear is around 95 dB HL.
My main goal is speech clarity, not louder sound. I especially want clearer consonants (S, F, T, K, C, SH) while keeping low frequencies comfortable and avoiding boomy bass.
If you have experience with Connexx fitting, could you recommend small fine-tuning adjustments (gain, compression, frequency lowering, speech enhancement, MPO, and noise reduction) for this type of audiogram?
