Amplifon / Connexx Fitting Software

Hi all.

I purchased a pair of amplifon ampli-energy I5 5w that are equivalent to the Signia Silk C&G 7 IX. I'm trying to program them with the Connexx 9 Software plus the ConnexAir device but the software tells me that "No Amplifon database in the application". Pretty obvious! Consider that I'm able to correctly program the Signa device with no problemss.

Does anyone has the correct fitting software to share?

unfortunately the software for Amplifon is not available to the DIY community. The Amplifon rebranded hearing aids are private lable aids and need a special software version which is not available.

Do not buy used private label aids unless you can confirm that they can be DIY programmed and they are unlocked.

sounds related to my experieice with a Amplifon dealer here is South America when asked if they could program my Signia Charge&Go Pure 5NX. Said was not possible as they only program the Amplifon brand.
