Programing Resound Essence EL80 -vl

I have Resound Essence El80-vl but its not connecting with Aventa 2.95 software in list shows Essence Es80-D but not El 80-vl Does anyone knows from which software it can be connected thanks

No but I have tried with battery and without battery

Aventa 2.95 is not the latest version of Legacy Aventa fitting software. Typically, you should use the latest version of Legacy fitting software to insure that you have the latest Legacy models, and also the latest bug fixes;
