Yes, I have already read the document, but it says that I have to request it in a publication where it has already been requested. So I don't understand why you are answering me this, if that's what the document says.

The purpose of posting your specific software request as a Reply on a forum topic (with the software name in the Thread title) is to leave a “bread-crumb-trail” for future requesters.
