I had a pair of my wife's previous Kirkland KS10 hearing aids programmed for me. The audiologist cleaned them up and refit them with 1m receivers and small vented domes for free. They work perfectly for me. However, when I pulled the domes off to check inside, I did not see a wax filter. Instead there are these little white objects where a wax filter would normally fasten, and they block the adding of a filter. The objects are loose and can swivel around, but they will not come out just by shaking. Both receivers have them. Do they belong in there?
