My wife lost a Phonak audeo m70. The price to replace it was close to a new pair - which she bought. As part of the deal the technician reconfigured the single aid for me. This was fine as I have one hear almost completely deaf.
It all worked well and is brilliant for the phone and listening to speech radio via bluetooth. The problem was that the volume slider in the app was greyed out. I followed the Phonak troubleshooting guide, deleted the device from my bluetooth pairing and told the app to forget about the device.
I then paired the device and now the slider works perfectly. The problem is that it no longer works for streaming or the phone. When I turn on an iPhone app which streams audio I no longer see the Phonak option. I can still see and use the icons for the external bluetooth speakers.
The fear if that if I reconfigure everything again I might lose both functions.
Any bright ideas anyone?
