Hi all!
Wondering if anyone has any insight to this. I have Starkey Livio Edge AI 2400 hearing aids.
I installed Patient Base 28 and Inspire X 2023.1 (27.1). I open PatientBase, and it 1) automatically opens Inspire; 2) does Inspire setup (country, language, etc.); 3) prompts for new PatientBase admin username, password, etc to set up a new PatientBase admin account; and 4) then throws an error saying the PatientBase local database is not available.
I have to repeat this setup over and over, every time I open PatientBase. It does let me get over to Inspire, just without the ability to save settings.
After I get over to Inspire, when I try to save settings there, Inspire, prompts for the admin username and password for PatientBase (which I enter), prompts me to me create a new PatientBase database, and then says I need to restart PatientBase to use the new database. However, when I shut both programs down and restart them, the database does not appear to have been created, and I get the same prompts as for first-time setup of both programs.
Inspire appears to work; it can detect my hearing aids. It just can't save settings.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
