I know this is a weird question. I've been using Philips hearing aids from Costco for almost a year. I've been using hearing aids for about 13 years.
So, in the past few weeks I've noticed that the little startup tune that plays has gone slightly out of tune in my left hearing aid.
The tune is something like CC GG FF EE, CC GG FF EE, DD FF DD FF C
But recently, just in the left one, the E tone is about a quarter step sharp, sort of putting the whole thing into a minor key.
I changed filters and had them cleaned at Costco. The attendants there were completely stumped by my question.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
Does it mean anything?
In daily use I don't notice any differences. Music doesn't sound out of tune or anything. Just the start up tune.
Any thoughts?
