Connexx 9.13.5 Update

For Maico Altena, please. Thank you.
Do you know how to use it? It's a bit tricky.

Please read a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (Unlocking ReBranded Hearing Aids) and let me know which files you need?

For Maico Altena, please. Thank you.
It requires loading the latest version of OasisNXT, and then loading a separate msi/Microsoft Install Package that would change the fitting software to accept Maico Hearing Aid Models: (A1, Aligo XT, Aligo, Coral, Capto, Altena, Ineo).

I just wanted to clarify that you will need to jump thru these extra hoops to get it to work.

Yes, I think the program I need is OasisNxt, but I couldn't find where to download it.

Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation for information for information about how to find Bernafon OasisNXT 2025.1 for newer/current Bernafon hearing aids.

The sharing by other users doesn't work.

I can bet a link for resound smart fit.
Need connex pls.

Thank you

Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation.

Perhaps it can work better in the future when more previous requestors (like yourself) can share knowledge (via PM/Private Message/Conversation) about how to make it work. It's not rocket science, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping for some guidance to get my fitting setup working again. My details are:

· Hardware: I have a first-generation Noahlink Wireless programmer.
· Software: My current version is Connexx 8.2.10.
· Problem: I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. My Noahlink hardware is detected by Windows without any issues, and I have installed the latest drivers. However, when I try to connect within the old Connexx 8.2.10 software, it fails to find my Noahlink. The software seems to be the issue.
· Goal: I need to obtain a newer version of the Connexx fitting software that is fully compatible with Windows 11. From my research, it seems I likely need version 9.12 or higher for a clean installation, or I need version 8.5 first to then update to version 9.9+.

Could anyone please advise on the best available version for Windows 11 compatibility and a reliable way to get it? Any help with the correct installation path would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Noahlink Wireless Firmware Update Broke Compatibility with Connex 8.2.10 – Need Help

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to the forum because after a firmware update to my Noahlink Wireless, I can no longer use my Connex 8.2.10 software to fine-tune my hearing aids at home, and I really need some guidance.

Here’s the situation in detail:

· My Noahlink Wireless received a firmware update.
· Since then, my existing Connex software (v8.2.10) no longer recognizes it or cannot communicate with it.
· Windows 11 detects and installs the device without any issues in Device Manager—so the problem is clearly a software-level compatibility break between Connex 8.2.10 and the updated Noahlink.

My question to the community:
Does anyone know how toresolve this compatibility break? Specifically:

1. Is there a way to adjust the drivers or communication settings within Connex 8.2.10 to restore functionality?
2. Is there a specific patch or firmware downgrade tool for Noahlink to revert to an older firmware version?
3. Are there other (possibly newer) NOAH-compatible fitting software options that work with the current Noahlink firmware and allow user adjustments?

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi , i'm not using Connex, but did you try to downgrade NoahLink Wireless by installing an older Firmware ?

Link to older firmware for NoahLink Wireless

You could also try a repair or a fresh installation of the Connexx software, or a fresh install of driver for Noahlink Wireless
Download of Noahlink Wireless Driver Installer is accessible via above link.

First of all, thank you so much for your help. I downloaded it, but the software won't let me revert back to the previous firmware version.

My Noahlink Wireless received a firmware update.
Wait, What? How did that happen?
  • Perhaps you installed a new driver for (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2)??
  • Suggested reading; DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (Noahlink Wireless 2 - DIY User Guide);
And then, Maybe start over;
  1. Unplug your USB connection for (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2) and set the device aside
  2. Uninstall the hearing aid fitting software using Windows Device Manager
  3. Use Windows Device Manager to Remove all (HIMSA and Other devices...Noahlink Wireless)
  4. Restart Windows without plugging-in (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2)
  5. Reinstall the software (first as recommended) without plugging-in (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2)
  6. When you plug in the USB connection for (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2) it should select the correct driver.
