I have Signia Connexx 9.13.5.290 The update manager shows update to 9.13.10 available but download fails.
Anyone else experiencing this or is 9.13.5.290 the end of the line?

I recently purchased Pure Charge&Go T 7 Ax hearing aids.
The environment here is poor, and the fitting center is too far away, so I’m trying to get fitted myself.
I’d like to get the Signia Connexx software.
Could you please send it to me?
I also purchased a Noahlink Wireless 2 device.
If anyone can help, I would appreciate a download link.
