I want to transfer, really clone, all settings from an older Signia IX to a newer one but can't figure out how to do it. Both are same ear, and can't be loaded at the same time using Noahlink and Connexx. Any suggestions?
If i am not mistaken, with the older Signia IX connected to the Connexx app, you should be able to export the fitting data to a file. You then connect the newer hearing aid, and you should be able to import the fitting data from the saved file.
