Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. I've been offline for a while and the notification of your message ended up in my junk mail. This is the info being forwarded on this forum. In my opinion, there's some good info, but having to install python etc makes it complicated and I haven't made any progress with it yet. Good luck.

You can download Phonak Target 11.0.0 (and other software) yourself using;
→ JediLin/Hearing-Aids-Fitting-Software-Update-Checkers from GitHub.
Within a GitHub file named README.MD; Scroll down to read the "How to use it" because it has a prerequisite io install Python on your PC.
