What do you mean by this? Nexum VOCE is an interesting device. It will not pair with Oticon Real. The Auracast functionality could work with Jabro Pro 20, but I don't have a way to test that.

For Oticon, when you say turned bluetooth off, did you disconnect the bluetooth connection on say a phone or do you mean using flight mode?

Another option at potentially lower cost, but with some limitations, is to use a Roku and then use the private listening feature to run the audio through the Roku app to the aids.

Thanks for the response. For some reason, online pricing of the Oticon tool is crazy in the US compared to the UK were it's about 2 GBP shipped. Is there a cheap US source this this tool can't cost must to make? Do you know which size sewing needle works best?
