Hi All I recently got this Starkey Edge AI. I found this hissing sound whenever I connect to phone via BT for calls or music streaming. It stops in few seconds after end of call or when streaming ends. I found that this noice is not heard in a closed quiet room. Any ideas?

Thank you. Asking for a new mould would be pricey as they send the impression to Denmark! Do you think reducing the gain a bit would help? And whats the best way to that with Giene 2? And one weird question. Is there any way to know that my hearing aids are over amplifying sounds?

Hi All Thanks for helping me to get Oticon Genie 2. I was able to run feedback optimizer and reduced the feedback sound to almost zero. But still I am getting the "eeeeeng" noise whenever I open the mouth fully! Is there any cure for that? Thanks in advance. Ana

Hi All I am using Oticon for more than 10 years and my current model is Opn 2 IIC. After frequent visits to my Audiologist, I wish to try the settings myself. I bought a HiPro and cables but need Genie 2 software. Does anyone willing to share? I would really appreciate the help. Regards Ana
