    I want to say thank you to everyone in this community, especially @pvc. I just finished my first fitting for my Jabra. It turns out that three different technicals in Costco not only used the defaults that do not match my hearing loss/preferences, they also incorrectly programed the hearing aid.

    Folks, I am using a Jabra Enhance Pro 30 from Costco. I am assuming if I use the software and fit myself, they can detect it and that will void the Costco warranty. Is that correct?
