widex compass

I wear Moments and have been using the Widex Compass on my old PC. I originally installed v3.4 and over time it updated to 4.8. I now have a new PC and the only install I have is the USB key that is 3.4. I installed that but the updated says it can't find a server and thus won't update to 4.8...
