I have profound hearing loss. I have Miracle ear at present but have ordered the new Beltone Boost 17 BTE. Why can I hear and understand voice in my home but when I go food shopping or outside all I hear is noise. What adjustments should my dispenser make. Gain-WDRC/Semilinear/Linear. I am 78 and do not go places because I am embarrassed. Please try to help me
