I currently wear Widex Moment RIC 440. The left aid was fixed and stopped working merely days afterwards. I'm now hearing the ocean in my left year and I can't wear them until January 2027; I need something that works reliably now that won't drive me crazy. I couldn't get the Bluetooth inside the hearing aids to work so I've used the Com Dex but if I forget it, I can't stream or take calls. I'm not really looking for re-chargeables but no one seems to be selling battery operated except Phonak. On the one hand, I love the natural sound and music program, yet I also want something durable that reliably streams with my Samsung phone. I know I want a BTE. I have narrow ear canals and severe to profound loss. I'm down to Phonak Naída Lumity or Widex Allura BTE. Has anyone used them to comment?

Still trying to get a response. No one on this forum uses BTE?
