It requires loading the latest version of OasisNXT, and then loading a separate msi/Microsoft Install Package that would change the fitting software to accept Maico Hearing Aid Models: (A1, Aligo XT, Aligo, Coral, Capto, Altena, Ineo).

I just wanted to clarify that you will need to jump thru these extra hoops to get it to work.
 
Yes, I think the program I need is OasisNxt, but I couldn't find where to download it.
 
Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation for information for information about how to find Bernafon OasisNXT 2025.1 for newer/current Bernafon hearing aids.

Perhaps it can work better in the future when more previous requestors (like yourself) can share knowledge (via PM/Private Message/Conversation) about how to make it work. It's not rocket science, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
