Hi,
when my Phonak hearing aids are connected by bluetooth to my android phone, all media sounds are played in the aids only, not on the phone's speaker. Same thing with the phone calls : I hear the caller voice only in my aids.
But when the phone rings, it rings in my aids AND on my phone speaker.
Is there a way to disable the phone speaker ringing when my aids are connected by bluetooth ?
Thanks for your help.

I think the setting is in the Android phone. Google to ask for instruction setting.

Yes, I already Googled this, but cannot find a suitable answer. I'd like the speaker phone ring being muted only when my bluetooth is paired. Like it does with classic media sounds or voice call.

alas, on my Xiaomi redmi note 9S, with Android 11, there is not such option under bluetooth advanced...

DaveAudio, there is a solution, IF you are using a Samsung Galaxy phone: an app, Sound Assistant. (Read the PlayStore description carefully. There may be more than one app with that name.) In the settings, go to Advanced Settings, to find what you want. I have been successfully listening to phone rings in my Phonak aids with my Galaxy 54. Sadly, while my Galaxy is going to service, I'm using a Motorola, for which I have not found a solution.

thanks for your help, but as I said just above, I have a Xiaomi redmi note 9S / android 11, not a Samsung :-(
