I am wearing bilateral Oticon aids. Have had them for eight months and suddenly having difficulty with discrimination. In a restaurant, I can hear dishes clashing, music, the people at the table behind me but not my table mate
If they were fine for a while, then something may be wrong with them. Some have two microphones. If one that picks up sounds directly in front of you is not working you would have that problem. You can also have a program set which will help you hear in such environments better. As always, see your audi.
