Goal accomplished; I was able to program my hearing aids and patch up some settings while waiting for a more complete audiologist fix. (Still working though some errors with the software, but what I needed most worked.)

Hi, is this to me, as I've read that and my hearing aid comes under hidden software that I must post a request for?

Your definition of hidden - likely means that you can't find it.
