Hi, hoping someone can help. I have relocated to Thailand and could not get support for my Specsavers Hearing aids so embarked of the journey of setting up my own hearing aids. What a rabbit hole this has turned out to be!
I have the following.
Pair of Specsavers advance labeled as ADV664 RIE
Pair of Amplifon labeled as R 5 NX R RIE
Noahlink Wireless and Resound Smartfit 2.2.209,13 software
None of these physically identical rebranded Resound units shows up in the Smartfit software.
Is there anyone who can point me in the direction of compatible software?
