Experiences with earwax removal cameras

Every now and then my ears fill up with earwax. I'm considering taking care of the earwax removal myself with one of those pen-style ear cameras with attachments that fit onto the tip for removing earwax, and I’d like to hear from anyone here who has already used one.
I'm only considering the better consumer-grade models, not professional equipment, and at the moment I’m deciding between:

I’ve looked into these too, and I think the main advantage is being able to actually see what you’re doing rather than trying to clean blindly. I’d personally be more comfortable with one that has a clear camera view and lets you take your time instead of using something aggressively. I came across a Tilcare ear wax removal camera while comparing a few options and liked the idea of having the visual guidance built in. If you’re still deciding, it might be worth comparing the camera quality, attachments, and how easy the app/device is to use rather than choosing based only on price.
