Hi guys, I'm new, but pretty old if you catch my drift. I've been struggling with severe hearing loss and have a Bernafon set and a Starkey set I wish to re-program myself as my audiologist seems to adjust things that don't work for me. Both sets allow user control from my phone. I purchased the Noahlink Wireless 2 from Aliexpress. Plugging it straight into my computers {windows11) in device manager it is visible as a USB connection. Following Himsa instructions the driver followed by the driver-update that checks it is installed. So far, so good, I thought. Device manager shows the connection has moved from the USB category to a separate entry further up the chain with the name Himsa. Installing a fitting software is the problem. A 45 day free use sounded fantastic but I can't get it to work for one hour. It asks to register and setup a password but nothing works for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated. What is it you are trying to Install? Maybe Noah. YES that's the one , I'll dump it right now..... done, all gone! Including the Himsa driver :)

I'm searching for words to thank you for your advice and support, everything went real easy the Wireless 2 is recognized and green LEDS flash slowly. It's evening here now and look forward to relaxing before bedtime. Thank you pvc, it's fantastic it's now operational. I would like to contribute to this forum once I'm settled in. Kind regards, H
 
Hi all, I admit I'm still a little lost where to post but hope this is the right spot.

Found my first ever set of Sonic ET20 MNR T which I tried to read settings on them but refused to connect on the Software. I have Patientbase and Oasis. Would I need another one for the Sonic ET20 MNR T. Asking here will make me less prone to doing something I could regret later on. A little later I did connect the Sonics to my phone and the program to control them look suspiciously the same as the Bernafon one. Am I right with that assumption ? Kind regards, Hans
