I’m a telephone banker. Recently I had noticed some hearing problems with my right ears. I can’t hear properly while speaking to customers and it is affecting my job adversely. So I had consulted an expert audiologist in Bowmanville for a hearing aid evaluation. He suggested me to use high-frequency quality hearing aids, but I’m still confused. Do they suit me? How can I handle it while using a telephone? Can anyone share your experiences with your hearing aids? Thank you in advance.
