I'm Leslie. I'm 48 and have a progressive sensorineural sloping high frequency loss. It's moderate in my left, severe in my right. I was diagnosed with mild losses very early in elementary but didn't start with hearing aids until about 10 years ago.
I'm married with 5 kids, 4 grandkids and a wildly spoiled Bichon Frise named Merv. I am a nurse and have been working in rehab and long-term care with some forays into oncology and cardiovascular.
