Never been satisfied

I have had Phonak hearing aids for about 8 years firstly Marvels now Lumity but am disappointed with the private Audiologists the first company I used sold me the Marvels with full ongoing backup (not a local company) but that was a joke on me because I had no backup at all I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone so I found an independent Audiologist local to me working out of the local medical centre paid for a heating test ( later found out it should be free ) & hearing aid setup with two follow up appointments now he has disappeared & I only had the first appointment.

off that I purchased the Noha link wireless & found the target software when I purchased the new Lumity L90’s so I could save the settings from my old Marvels & transfer to my Lumity’s but although I could do that I can’t do a hearing test unless someone on hear knows a way, anyway I have now found out that my local opticians do hearing as well so I tried them last Friday but told them about all the hassle I have had & said I will not be paying anything up front & they seemed fine with that, I had a full hearing test in a sound proof cabinet & it turned out the previous Audiologist had the settings wrong anyway as I had the wrong domes some settings were turned off that shouldn’t have been but no REM & so far so good as hearing things I couldn’t before.
