Hi All.

I have purchased the Rexton Reach HA's and gotten the Connexx app and the Noahlink Wireless 2. So far so good.
When I loaded the app and went to pair the HA's in a new session, somehow I did something to reset the HA's, or turn them down significantly. Had to head over and get the last settings loaded back up, which was timestaking.
I am looking for some guidance on how to pair these with the software and to get the professional settings saved so I can make changes. Also, if the changes are not good, how would I revert back to the professional settings?
I looked through the PDF's and I could be missing something, but did not see it.
Thanks in advance!

From a DIY School Hearing Aids (V2.2) PDF File named (02 How to Program your Hearing Aids);
  • Step 4 – Save your Original Professional Settings (if any)
btw> There is no pairing involved. This is not a streaming protocol. Instead, you Connect your hearing aids to the fitting software using a hearing aid programming device (hardware).

Thanks for that. I had followed that and done what I thought to be the correct instruction, but it still reset them. I realize that's more of a a generic document. Anything with screenshots for connexx?

At End Fitting you can save your session changes to your hearing aids, your database, or both (hearing aids, and database).

The default is save to both, keeping your hearing aid settings and your database settings synchronized. That is, both will have the-same-settings.

If you accidentally overwrite the settings in your hearing aids;
  • you can start a new additional fitting session to change the settings back to what you accidentally changed.
  • BUT, if you don't know what settings were changed, then you can go back to your Audiologist to start a fitting session with the settings that were last saved in your Audiologist's database.

Yes, again, I read the same thing in the pdf.. It is not connexx specific. I will look around further

You don't need to look around further. The design/goal is to have (two/duplicate/same) settings saved after each fitting session.
  • One copy of the settings in your hearing aids
  • One same/duplicate copy of the settings in your database
However, when you first transition from your Audiologist's settings to your own settings, then you need to do something special for your first DIY fitting session. That is, you want to save the original settings to your database (without making any changes).

If you did that, then you can revert back to the first fitting session as a starting point. do you know how to view a list of your previous fitting sessions?
