I don't know if this is new information or old. I always thought that Oticon restricted access to Genie downloads to "registered" professionals for many years , but just stumbled upon this "open" download page in their global website, where one can download either the .exe file for direct install , or a .zip for using to create a USB to install on a different PC or PCs. the website is
