Phillips HearSuite 2024.2 and Genie 2024.2 update to 2025

Both my Phillips HearSuite 2024.2 and my Genie 2024.2 packages will not update to the 2025 releases, so I assume that I'm going to need a clean install of 2025? If so, can PVC or somebody point me to these new versions?

Take a look at an earlier post from me on updating HearSuite. The updater would not work. I discovered that I had turned off update notifications in Windows 11. As soon as I turned it on, the updater worked. The setting was under System - Notifications.

Notifications are on my OS for both programs.
 
I believe we are okay now after reading your PM/Private Message/Conversation.
