I wear Phonak Lumity 90-RT
I am that geek that always check sound level of the environment using DecibelX on my phone, and checking thru myPhonak app which program the HA is currently active.
Does anyone know what conditions must exist for AutoSense 5.0 to exit Calm Situation and enter Comfort in Noise, Speech in Noise, Speech in Loud Noise etc etc?
First I have a QuickSIN score of 12. My home at its quietest is 48 db. I have been in some small retail stores where background is 60 db yet I struggled to hear the checkout clerk a mere 3 ft away. The HAs were still in Calm Situation program. That increase of 12 db was enough to cancel out the clerks voice.
My goal is to get my HAs to work seemlessly in a number of scenarios with minimal manipulation from me via the Phonak app.
