PHONAK Sphere i90's

Relatively new to this world after being diagnosed with moderate SNHL. Trialed the the Audeo i70's and was underwhelmed with the performance in meetings and restaurants. Switched to the Sphere i90s and am experiencing marked improvement. I am a technical oriented person and desire to fully explore what these units will do. Where do I find the link to download the Phonak Target 10.0 software?

Hello BTJ1971,

Have you been able to adjust the Sphere I90 to your needs? I’m asking because I received mine about a week ago, and I have the feeling that my audiologist hasn’t quite found the right settings yet.

So far, I’m not very impressed with the speech clarity—it feels like there’s barely any improvement compared to not wearing hearing aids at all. When I tweak the settings in the app, like increasing the higher frequencies with the equalizer, everything sounds like it’s coming through a metal tube.

I’ve also tested different domes, but I can’t say that the Sphere Mode has been a game changer for me. I’m pretty sure the device itself is working fine, but I’m beginning to suspect that my audiologist might not be entirely sure how to optimize it properly.

Would be great to hear your experience!
