I have a set of Resound RE961 aids refurbished and in excellent condition. I also have a Noahlink and can connect using Smartfit 2.1 to aset of KEY rechargable and Danilog for a set of NHS ambio aids so I know Noahlink is working. Using the Aventa legacy link for Linx 9 I jsut cannot get the LS961 aids to connect. Tried all options. Battery door BT off of mobile reset Noahlink but they just fail to connect with new batteries installed.
I have tried Surefit 1.15 and 2.1 all both fail. I tried installing a standalone version of Aventa and the software fails looking for a NOAH instal.
Both aids are working as I can hear the swith on and noise from the aids they just need reprogrammed. Tried everything I can and with all equipment working and the aids confirmed with internal model numbers I am at a total loss why they do not connect to Noahlink
I am not experienced at using th esoftware but follwed all recommendations and using Aventa legacy. I was informed Aventa 5.6 would work but I understand thi is built into Surefit and that failed.
Both aids do connect to the Resound App so I know they work
