Hi, my Mums Oticon hearing aids were programed by the audiologist.
Can I connect them to the Oticon Genie 2 Fitting Software and save the existing settings before adjustment or do I need to load the original file held by the audiologist.
Hope this makes sense.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks.

Read Step 4 – Save your Original Professional Settings (if any) in a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (02 How to Program your Hearing Aids);

Also; the DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) access portals are at your finger tips via 24/7 cloud storage access.
  • Start here → DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) to find the cloud storage access portals
  • You can easily find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking any PVC Avatar (click twice - counting the 2nd popup Avatar)
  • When logged in, you can find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking a Link in my Signature
  • And finally, you can perform a simple Internet search for "DIY School Hearing Aids"
  • Tip: The Microsoft Edge browser has an excellent .PDF file reader. You can change Windows settings for a PDF file by changing the default application used to open them, which is often done through the Settings app (go to Apps > Default apps > Choose default apps by file type) This allows you to select a different program, such as Microsoft Edge, and choose to "Always" use that application for opening future PDF files.
