sorry I didnt get the above clip all searches seem to take me to different places

is there a chance that these signia 7ix are locked since there is a possibility they were first programmed in the UK ?

Is there a chance you can look a one or two of the examples where previous members ask this same question?

Read a DIY School Legacy Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Signia);

Let me know if you cannot find the DIY School Legacy Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Signia)?

I tried looking for such , previous members here had asked about using connect air , and you advised them to use the NLW ( Noah link wireless ) which I got but all in vain

The DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) access portals are at your finger tips via 24/7 cloud storage access.
  • Start here → DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) to find the access portals
  • You can easily find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking any PVC Avatar (click twice - counting the 2nd popup Avatar)
  • When logged in, you can find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking a Link in my Signature
  • And finally, you can perform a simple Internet search for "DIY School Hearing Aids"

It's possible. But I don't think so? It depends on which IX model? If you can't find DIY School then...
Do you have the fitting software installed (Signia Connexx 9.13.5) loaded?
  • Run the software (Signia Connexx 9.13.5)
  • Create a dummy client (Joe Blow, Male, B-day=1/1/1950
  • Load the client Joe Blow
  • Click "Hearing Aids" from the upper menu
  • Tip: You can limit the number of hearing aid styles by deselecting some styles in the left pane (Slim RIC, RIC, BTE, Instant fit ITE, Custom ITE). This will lessen your burden of selecting the correct models. I believe you will want to select only (Instant fit ITE) models, because I don't see any Silk models in the other selections.
Now that you have a small/manageable list, Select your model Silk C&G 7IX;
