Hi all,
I do need some help in a situation and don't really have an idea on how to proceed.
A friend of mine gave me the hearing aids of his late mother, after I mentioned, that I was searching for advice on hearing aids for my grandmother. Unfortunately the situations is a little bit complicated: My grandmother lives in Romania, I live in in Germany and wanted to get the devices reprogrammed and fitted when visiting her by the end of Feburary. I am having a very hard time finding a serivce point for those devices in Romania.
The hearing aids are AudioNova B3-R which are distributed by Geers in Germany. I tried to contact AudioNova in Romania. They told me, that those models are actually Unitron devices, which are distributed by CLARFON in Romania and I might have luck contacting them. So I contacted CLARFON, but they don't have the necessary software either, as they seem to only distribute Stride and Moxi and can't get access to the required software for the AudioNova branded devices.
Does anybody have an idea on how I could proceed further? Maybe someone knows a service point in the area of Sibiu in Romania or does have access to the software for those models? If I did understand correctly the required wireless programming device is a NoahLink, which is kind of a standard device for many manufacturers and models and the problem is all about the software?
Thanks for all your help and ideas in advance!
