Only had them for a few days, from Costco. I returned the Kirkland KS8. These Phonaks are, so far, a step up from anything else i have had. I am used to making a lot of adjustments and having several programs. My pro said I wouldn't need them and she was right. My wife and I were in Home Depot and in the garden area and the guy started up a gas engine blower just 20 feet from us. My wife kept talking and I understood every word. They are very close to set it and forget it. The Brio 3 is the same as the Phonak Audeo B.
