As to → Earnet Hearing Aids
I don't believe there is any hearing aid fitting software for Earnet? These appear to be (OTC/Over The Counter) hearing aids that are not adjustable using hearing aid fitting software to adjust to your specific hearing loss. Instead they may be adjustable via cellphone App or via the hearing aid buttons. But I don't know for sure, It's just a guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
Did you try them? How much they are good this brand of hearing aids

What I understood they are the 'cheaper' brand of Widex and the M5 is identical to the Widex sRIC 220. I have the Widex mRIC 440 with an open mold for normal usage. I got the Coselgi M5 as second set with a closed mold for driving my motorcycle and listening music during concerts. Did not tested them yet, I am waiting for correct receivers to use.

I believe these are ReBranded hearing aids. It's a common practice by many (maybe all?) manufacturers to sell more widgets under various brand names. Typically (but not always) the Rebranded models will lack premium features and may also be locked. I believe that Widex hearing aid models were manufactured by Widex, and Signia hearing aid models were manufactured by Signia until the merger together in 2019 Q1.

After that, Who knows? That is why I think that the → SMARTRIC is a bent Signia Styletto hearing aid and not a new invention from Widex. Though, I could be wrong, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There is no hearing aid fitting software for Earnet OTC/Over-The-Counter devices. Instead you can use a Cellphone App named CLEVEREAR for volume adjustments. But I don't see any way to adjust these OTC/Over-The-Counter devices to fit your hearing loss?
