Hello

So I'm new to all this and I'm trying to learn,I've been a hearing aid user for 3 years but they've never quite been right

Turns out I most likely have a mitochondrial disorder that has both caused my loss and causes further issues with perception

I honestly don't think my poor highstreet audiologist is going to understand so I'm not going to bother them,this is a problem for the NHS but I do not qualify. ("Mild loss")

So I'm just going to tweak them myself but I'm not really wanting to pay for the fitting program

Yes. But what is them? Because some of them are locked?
