Do you have Costco in your area/town? Trial before buying is best choice for 1st time user of HA's. Costco provide a 6 months trial with a small fees.

Take a look at "PVC" icon and click on it. There is an abundant of info inside the icon.

I think the setting is in the Android phone. Google to ask for instruction setting.

Thanks PVC. Phonak Naida P70 BTE is better than Xceed 1 during driving whereby "lane departure warning sound" could be heard. Looks like Phonak Naida P70 is slightly better in compression. Thanks for the feedback and have a nice day.

Have installed Genie and bought Noahlink wireless 2. Have read a few files from PVC DIY. Have created a couple of dummies in the software (to revert back) as original setting - incase anything goes wrong. Have watch the video from "Brian" but could not understand much. Check the USB cable. Any damages during plug and unplug. Borrow a new one from a friend.

Did you manage to open up this page. Bottom right has an "Updates". Click and you "Target 10" . Download and installed.

I thought the upgrading is done inside the Target 9 software. You have to look for the word "setup" at the bottom of the screen then clicked. The update screen will show you "Target 10 updates". Check it out
