I an infection and went deaf in my right ear. Hearing aid wasn't doing much good anyway. But had a coshlear implant that was a failure and ended up to be a nightmare. I wrote my experience about it if you are interested: //cihorrorstory.com

I would like to try an analogue hearing aid again after not wearing them for many years. Anyone know of anyone who makes them?

My loss is very bad. Anyone know which hearing aid would be best for me. I think that all the bells and whistles of new hearing aids won't do me much good. Just raw power is what I probably need.
